Patient safety and protection have always been our top priority, and below are some of the precautions taken to ensure that our loyal patients and our team are safe:
All members of our team are double vaccinated
We continue to pre-screen our patients in keeping with the latest guidelines of the Government of Ontario and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Pre-screening is initially done by phone, and you will be assessed again on arrival at our practice. We request any patients who are sick, to kindly reschedule their appointments in a timely manner.
Schedules are arranged to reduce wait times and request you to make every effort to arrive for your appointment on time. Should you encounter another patient or staff member, please do your best to maintain two meters of space between you at all times.
All tools are either disposable or thoroughly sterilized after each patient treatment. We have adopted thorough sterilization procedures at our office.
High-touch surfaces throughout the office are cleaned and disinfected regularly. We have removed all magazines and toys from the waiting rooms. Consultation rooms are cleaned and disinfected, and surface barriers are replaced after each patient.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our dentists and staff wear personal protective equipment to protect themselves and our patients.
We have medical-grade air purification systems to purify air in the practice to reduce any airborne pathogens, including viruses and bacteria.
Taking care of your oral health and overall wellness is our primary goal, especially during a pandemic. Please do reach out to us if you have any questions.
We thank you for your understanding and for continuing to place your trust in us.
